Antonia began her career in higher education as an undergraduate at the University of California, Irvine working in Residence Life. She majored in International Studies with a focus in conflict resolution and studied abroad in Israel, Argentina, and Cuba during her third year. Her extensive abroad experience led Antonia to spend a year teaching English in Spain at the primary and secondary levels post-graduation. She returned to the United States to work as a Student Engagement Coordinator at the Santa Rosa Junior College where she supervised undergraduate students and helped students access basic needs support systems. Antonia pursued a Master’s degree in Counselling and Student Personnel at Minnesota State University, Mankato where she worked as an Academic Advisor in the College of Business.
At NSSE, Toni works with universities and institutions to assist with the customization process, answer client questions, and assist with center projects and analyses. Outside of work Toni enjoys mountain biking, reading, and pondering methods to dismantle capitalism.
