NSSE's Position on the European Union's GDPR

NSSE does not direct its services to individuals in the European Union, and as a result, does not treat personal data from survey respondents as subject to the EU’s General Data Protection Regulation (the “GDPR”). Currently, NSSE does not survey student populations located in the European Union and/or serve as a processor under the GDPR.
