Many institutions want access to their BCSSE data and advising reports as quickly as possible. For that reason, we allow institutions to download their data file as soon as it is available. For institutions using web administration, the server continually, meaning these institutions can access their data and advising reports within hours of student completion of the survey. For institutions using paper administration, we typically post the data and advising reports to the BCSSE dashboard within three to four weeks after we receive the completed surveys.

All BCSSE Data and Reports are accessed via the BCSSE Portal Log-in. This includes advising reports, institutional reports, survey data. The BCSSE-NSSE Institutional Report and data are available via the NSSE interface.
