question 2:
Our participation would potentially involve the seven (7) institutions in the Université du Québec network (francophone) that participated in NSSE 2020. On behalf of all of them, we are concerned about the following issues:
- What will be the data collection period? And how many invitations and reminders will be sent to students?
- Will the measurement instruments and invitation messages be translated? And will we have the right to review or personalize them?
- Since the time available to us prior to data collection is limited, we need to coordinate communications with several branches of participating institutions, and we encountered difficulties in collecting NSSE 2020 in this regard, what measures will be put in place with IT contacts to ensure that emails are not treated as spam? Also, to avoid problems such as those encountered last winter, have any improvements been made to the "Preparing for Message Delivery" process?
