NSSE’s Annual Results—Engagement Insights: Survey Findings on the Quality of Undergraduate Education—covers important topics for higher education and will be released in three installments starting this January. First, we explore the effects of COVID-19 on students and institutions, and review 2021 engagement results, including findings from the Coping with COVID module. Next, we dig deeper into teaching and learning amid a year of disruption, share how faculty responded to the crisis, and examine how student learning may be reshaped for years to come. Our third story discusses how to use survey results in diversity and equity assessment and highlights how institutions use their data to improve the success of students from underrepresented racial and ethnic groups, students with disabilities, first-generation students, and those who are caring for dependents. The first installment of Engagement Insights will be released in January. Look for our email announcement then!
